3.0T磁共振扩散成像在正常肝脏的定量研究
3.0T MR diffusion weighted imaging in the quantitative study of normal liver
【摘要】 目的 对正常志愿者行肝脏扩散加权成像,测量肝脏表观弥散系数(ADC)值;提出正常肝脏ADC值范围,并探讨与年龄及性别的相关性,研究其临床价值。方法 38例健康志愿者,年龄25~75岁,平均(41.22±14.67)岁,男19例,女19例,分别按年龄≥45岁和<45岁分为2组,并按性别分为男、女2组。采用3.0T核磁共振仪行DWI扫描,并采集b值分别为500、800、1 000 s/mm~2时的ADC值,进行统计学分析比较。结果 b值分别为500、800、1 000 s/mm~2时,正常人肝脏ADC值的95%可信区间分别为:(1 448.75±313.31) mm~2/s、(1 221.29±258.54) mm~2/s、(1 153.53±218.21) mm~2/s;同一b值时,不同年龄及不同性别之间的ADC值均无统计学差异。同一年龄段或同一性别间,其b值=500 s/mm~2时,均与b=800,1 000 s/mm~2时存在差异(P<0.05),而b=800 s/mm~2与b=1 000 s/mm~2时均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 采用3.0T多射频核磁共振仪可以对正常肝脏的水分子扩散进行定量分析,对正常肝脏ADC值的范围正常参考值的提出,可为肝脏弥漫性病变的诊断提供参考。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of DWI and ADC quantitative analysis of normal hepatic at 3.0T MR unit.Methods38 healthy volunteers were enrolled in this study,including 19 males and 19 females,aged from 25-75 years old.The mean age was(41.22±14.67) years.The volunteers were divided in different groups by age:≥45 years old or <45 years old,and by gender:male or female.38 volunteers were underwent DWI examination by 3.0T MR.The ADC values were measured when b values were 500,800,and 1 000 s/mm~2.All the data was statistically analyzed.Results When b values were 500,800,1 000 s/mm~2,there were no statistical difference between different age groups.There were also no significant difference between male and female groups(P>0.05).In the same age groups or the same gender groups,the ADC values were significant difference between b=500 s/mm~2 and b=800 or 1 000 s/mm~2(P<0.05).However,there were no statistical difference between b=800 s/mm~2 and b=1 000 s/mm~2(P>0.05).When b values were 500,800 and 1 000 s/mm~2,the 95% confidence interval of the normal liver’ s ADC values were:(1 448.75±313.31) mm~2/s,(1 221.29±258.54) mm~2/s,and(1 153.53±218.21) mm~2/s,respectively.Conclusion The ADC value reference range of normal liver by 3.0T MR may be helpful in diagnosis of liver lesions.
