【摘要】 目的比较翼状胬肉切除联合生物羊膜移植与翼状胬肉切除自体角膜缘干细胞移植对原发性翼状胬肉的治疗效果。方法翼状胬肉患者186例190眼。分为A、B二组,A组60眼翼状胬肉切除联合生物羊膜移植术;B组130眼翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术。术后随访6-24个月,观察翼状胬肉复发率。结果 A组60眼中9眼复发,复发率215.0%;B组130眼中7眼复发,复发率5.38%,χ4.922,P=0.03,有统计学意义。结论在防止胬肉复发方面,角膜缘干细胞移植组优于生物羊膜移植组。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objetive To compare the efficacy of two different surgery methods( transplantation and corneal biological amnion limbal stem cell autograft transplantation) of primary pterygium.Methods 186 patients(190 eyes) were randomly divided into two groups. Group A: pterygium excision with biological amnion transplantation in 60 eyes; Group B pterygium excision with corneal limbal stem cell autograft transplantation 130 eyes. The patients were followed up 6 to 24 months and recurrence rate of pterygium was observed. Results Pterygium relapsed in 9 eyes(15.0%) in Group A and in 7 eyes(5.38%) in Group B 2(χ =4.922,P=0.03). Conclusion With aspect of preventing recurrence rate, pterygium excision with corneal limbal stem cell autograft transplantation is the better than biological amnion transplantation.更多还原
