【摘要】 目的探讨光照治疗对肝癌患者化疗期疼痛及相关免疫指标的影响。方法将58例肝癌患者按入院时间进行分组:对照组29例,观察组29例,对照组仅行常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上联合光照治疗。结果化疗后1 w和化疗后2 w观察组与对照组户外活动分数分别为(205.4±73.6)、(406.5±129.1)分vs(88.9±21.8)、(299.3±68.1)分,疼痛程度评分分别为(2.59±0.90)、(1.69±0.79)分vs(3.20±1.03)、(2.27±0.91)分,两组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论光照治疗能有效缓解肝癌患者化疗期疼痛,增强机体免疫力,提高化疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the influence of sunbathe on peripheralblood related immune parameters and pain in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods 58 patients were divided into the control group(29 cases) and the experimental group(29 cases) according to the admission time.The control group accepted the basic therapy while the experimental group was treated with sunbathe in addition to the above care measures.Results The outdoor activities score 1 week and 2 weeks after chemotherapy of the 2 groups was {(205.4±73.6),(406.5±129.1),vs(88.9±21.8),(299.3±68.1)} and the degree of pain 1 week and 2weeks after chemotherapy of the 2 groups was {(2.59±0.90),(1.69±0.79) vs(3.20±1.03),(2.27±0.91)},there were statistically significant difference between the 2 groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Sunbathe can effectively ease liver cancer pain,enhance immunity and improve the effectiveness of chemotherapy.更多还原
