【摘要】 目的探讨D2-40和桩蛋白(Paxillin)在早期胃癌中表达的临床病理意义及表达相关性。方法对76例早期胃癌病例进行D2-40、Paxillin免疫组化检测,以相应的癌旁正常胃黏膜组织相对照,观察D2-40、Paxillin在早期胃癌中的蛋白表达,分析两者与临床病理的关系及其表达相关性。结果 Paxillion在早期胃癌中的阳性表达率为71.1%(54/76),远高于正常胃黏膜(P<0.01);D2-40在Paxillin阳性表达的早期胃癌中显示的LMVD平均数值为(16.7±3.3)个/mm2,相较于正常胃黏膜LMVD数值(3.2±1.8)个/mm2,有统计学意义(P<0.05),也高于Paxillin阴性的早期胃癌病例的LMVD数值(6.7±3.1)个/mm2,也具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Paxillin的阳性表达与早期胃癌的分化程度密切相关(P<0.01)、与淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),而与早期胃癌浸润深度相关性不强。Paxillin的表达程度与D2-40所标记的LMVD数值呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论 Paxillin在早期胃癌中的高表达与D2-40表达显示的LMVD与其分化程度,淋巴结转移有关,两者联合检测可以作为早期胃癌的预后与转移的重要指标,期望能为胃癌的新的基因靶向治疗提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate expression of D2-40 and Paxillin in early gastric carcinoma and their clinicopathologic features.Methods Expression of D2-40 and Paxillin in 76 cases of early gastric carcinoma was evaluated by immunohistochemistry.Statistical analysis was used to investigate the relationship between the expression of D2-40 and Paxillin,and their clinicopathologic features.Results In early gastric carcinoma,positive expression of Paxillion was 71.1%(54/76),higher than that of the normal stomach mucous (P<0.01).The mean value of MLVD in early gastric carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal gastric tissue (16.7±3.3/mm2 VS 3.2±1.8/mm2,P<0.05),and it was quite higher than that in Paxillion negative expression cases(16.7±3.3/mm2 VS 6.7±3.1/mm2,P<0.05).The expression of Paxillion was closely related to differentiation and metastasis of lymph node of early gastric carcinoma (P<0.05),but not quietly correlated with depth of invasion.Conclusion The expression of Paxillion and LVD of D2-40 stanning is correlated to the early gastric carcinoma differentiation,depth of invasion,metastasis of lymph node.Joint examination of these two parameters is very useful for forecast prognosis and metastasis of early gastric carcinoma and is expected to offer the theoretical basis for new targeted gene therapy for gastric cancer.更多还原
