【摘要】 目的:探讨龙血竭胶囊、锡类散、甲硝唑、地塞米松四种药物混合保留灌肠预防放疗期间急性放射性直肠炎的临床效果。方法:将2010年4月至2012年9月接受3DCRT技术照射的62例直肠癌患者随机分成对照组和处理组。对照组仅行单纯放疗;处理组为放疗+预防性药物保留灌肠,灌肠剂为龙血竭胶囊+锡类散+甲硝唑+地塞米松,2-3次/周,直至放疗结束。结果:处理组的急性放射性直肠炎发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在急性放射性直肠炎的发生时间上,处理组也较对照组明显延迟(P<0.05)。结论:龙血竭胶囊+锡类散+甲硝唑+地塞米松混合灌肠液能够预防放疗期间急性放射性直肠炎的发生,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the prevention effect on acute radiation proctitis during radiotherapy by using medicine retention enema which includes dragon’s blood capsule,xileisan,metronidazole,dexamethasonemixed.Methods:All 62 patients treated with 3DCRT from April 2010 to September 2012 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.Patients in control group only received radiotherapy,while the patients in treatment group received radiotherapy and preventive medicine retention enema,2-3 times per week,until the end of radiotherapy.Results:The acute radiation proctitis rate of treatment group was significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the time of acute radiation proctitis in treatment group was also delay more than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Medicine retention enema with dragon’s blood capsule,xileisan,metronidazole and dexamethasone can prevent the occurrence of acute radiation proctopathy during radiotherapy.更多还原
