马鞭草防治放射性口腔炎的临床观察

【摘要】 目的:研究马鞭草对放射性口腔炎的预防与治疗作用。方法:将102例头颈部肿瘤放射治疗患者用计算机随机平均分为观察组和对照组。对观察组进行放射治疗并给其含服马鞭草煎剂;对照组放疗并含服生理盐水。每组患者从放疗疗程起,在第2周末、第4周末、第6周末、第8周末时评价口腔黏膜情况。结果:全部患者均出现不同程度的放射性口腔黏膜炎,放疗开始至第2周末两组发生放射性口腔黏膜炎的分级比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),放疗第4周末、第6周末、第8周末,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),但实验组患者口腔黏膜的损伤程度明显低于对照组。结论:马鞭草煎水含服可以延缓放疗口腔黏膜反应发生的时间,改善患者临床症状,提高生活质量,防治鼻咽癌引起的放射性口腔黏膜炎安全有效,值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of European verbena to prevent and to treat patients with radioactive stomatitis.Methods:A total of 102 cases of head and neck tumor patients undergoing radiotherapy were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Observation group received radiotherapy and verbena decoction.Control group received radiotherapy and normal saline.Patients oral mucosa reaction was observed in the 2nd,4th,6th,8th weekend.Results:All patients showed varying degrees of radioactive oral mucositis.The grade of mucosa injury hasn’ t significant difference in observation group comparing with the control group from the staring of radiotherapy to the 2nd weekend(P>0.05).And it was significantly different from the 4thto the 8thweekend(P<0.05).But the degree of injury of the oral mucosa in patients in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group.Conclusion:Verbena decoction is effective for oral mucosa reaction induced by radiotherapy it improves the clinical symptoms and the life quality of patients.Verbena is safe and effective in prevention and treatment of radioactive oral mucositis caused by nasopharyngeal cancer.
