【摘要】 目的:探讨生长抑素(somatosatain,SST)对胃癌组织中血管内皮生长因子-C(vascular endothelial growth factor-C,VEGF-C)及其受体的影响。方法:将2009年1月-2012年6月行手术治疗的60例胃癌病人按随机序贯方式分为SST治疗组与对照组,每组各30例。用实时荧光定量PCR检测60例胃癌组织及其癌旁组织标本中VEGF-C mRNA表达情况,采用免疫组化方法对其受体Flt-4进行检测。结果:对照组VEGF-C、Flt-4在肿瘤组织与癌旁组织中的表达有显著差异。VEGF-C在肿瘤组织中的表达量与胃癌患者的性别、肿瘤分化程度无关,但与肿瘤的淋巴结转移(P<0.01)、TMN分期(P<0.01)显著相关。SST治疗组与对照组比较,VEGF-C及其受体Flt-4在胃癌组织中的表达水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:SST可能通过靶向VEGF-C及其受体抑制胃癌肿瘤淋巴转移。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of somatostatin(SST) on the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor-C(VEGF-C) and its receptor in gastric cancer patients.Methods: From January 2009 to June 2012,60 patients undergoing gastrectomy were randomly divided into two groups,SST treatment group(n = 30) and control group(n =30).The levels of VEGF-C in tumor tissue and its adjacent tissue were measured by real-time PCR.Meanwhile,we detected its receptor expression by immunohistochemistry.Results: The expressions of VEGF-C and Flt 4 in tumor tissue of control group were significantly higher than those in adjacent tissue(P < 0.05).And the expression of VEGF-C was not correlated with gender,degree of differentiation,but correlated significantly with lymph node metastasis(P < 0.01) and TNM stage(P < 0.01).The expressions of VEGF-C and Flt-4 in SST treatment group were lower than those in control group.Conclusion: SST maybe inhibit the expression of VEGF-C and its receptor in gastric cancer,resulting the inhibition of lymph node metastasis.更多还原
