【摘要】 目的:检测结肠癌患者的血清肿瘤标志物CA19-9、CEA,对放射免疫方法和蛋白芯片方法进行比较。方法:选取2009年1月到2011年12月在陕西省肿瘤医院诊断为结肠癌的患者200例,分别应用放射免疫法和蛋白芯片法检测,对结果进行回顾性分析。结果:放射免疫法与蛋白芯片法检测结肠癌肿瘤标志物CA19-9、CEA,其值分别为197.19±179.80和197.05±96.83;62.83±23.71和45.48±44.79,有较好的一致性(P>0.05)。结论:蛋白芯片法与放射免疫法检测结肠癌肿瘤标志物具有较好的一致性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the tumor markers of colon cancer by radiation immunoassay and protein chip method.Methods:The patients diagnosed as colon cancer in Shaanxi Provincial Cancer Hospital,which were tested by radioimmunoassay and protein chip method for CA19-9 and CEA.Results:The results of radioimmunosaasy and protein chip method for CA19-9 and CEA were 197.19 ± 179.80 and 197.05 ± 96.83;62.83 ± 23.71 and 45.48 ± 44.79.There was no statistical difference.Conclusion:There was good consistency for the radioimmunosaasy and protein chip method for CA19-9 and CEA.更多还原
