【摘要】 目的:检测凋亡相关蛋白Clusterin、Survivin在前列腺癌(PCa)中的表达及相关性研究。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测68例前列腺癌组织和47例前列腺增生组织Clusterin、Survivin蛋白的表达。结果:前列腺癌组织中Clusterin、Survivin蛋白的阳性表达率分别75.0%(51/68)、67.6%(46/68),前列腺增生组织中Clusterin、Survivin蛋白的阳性表达率分别为19.1%(9/47)、25.5%(12/47)。Clusterin和Survivin蛋白阳性表达率在前列腺癌组织和前列腺增生组织中差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。Clusterin和Survivin蛋白表达与前列腺癌病理分级、临床分期和转移情况具有相关性(P<0.05),前列腺癌组织中Survivin与Clusterin的表达呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:联合检测Clusterin和Survivin蛋白,有助于对进展性前列腺癌细胞的侵袭力作出正确评价,以指导临床治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To detect the expressions of Clusterin,Survivin and stady their correlation with prostate cancer(PCa).Methods: Immunohistochemistry was employed to measure the expression of Clusterin and Survivin in 68 cases of prostatic cancer and 47 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Results: In prostatic cancer tissue,the positive expression rates of Clusterin and Survivin were 75.0%(51/68),67.6%(46/68).In benign prostatic hyperplasia tissue,the positive expression rates of Clusterin and Survivin were 19.1%(9/47),25.5%(12/47).The positive expression of Clusterin and Survivin between prostatic cancer and benign prostatic hyperplasia was significantly different(P<0.01).The positive expression of Clusterin and Survivin were related with the histologic grade,clinical stage and metastasis of prostatic cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion: The detection of Clusterin and Survivin protein in PCa may help to evaluate the degree of cell apoptosis and decide the therapeutic strategies.更多还原
