【摘要】 目的:探讨紫草油及微波热疗在急性放射性皮炎的防治作用。方法:不同部位恶性肿瘤病人438例共849野接受常规分割放疗,放疗总剂量50-72Gy/25-36次。随机分为两组,紫草油组227例共434野,于放疗20Gy或出现Ⅰ度放射性皮炎时,开始用紫草油涂抹野内皮肤继续完成放疗,观察并记录皮损反应,对出现Ⅲ-IV度的放射性皮炎,采用紫草油配合微波热疗以利皮损愈合,每日1次,每次30-40分钟,总热疗5-8次。对照组211例共415野,不用药或外用芦荟胶、烧伤膏、地塞米松+维生素B12针混合液等涂抹野内皮肤,观察并记录皮损反应,对照组中出现Ⅲ-IV度的139野放射性皮炎患者又分为两组,一组处理同紫草油组,另一组继续原处理,观察并记录皮损愈合时间。结果:放疗全程中,发生Ⅲ-IV度严重放射性皮炎的患者,紫草油组较对照组明显减少(P<0.01);且采用紫草油配合微波热疗治疗严重皮损时,治愈时间明显缩短(P<0.01)。结论:紫草油可有效预防严重放射性皮炎,明显降低急性放射性皮炎的毒性分级,配合微波热疗可大幅度缩短皮损治愈时间,有助于完成放疗全程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the function of Gromwell root oil and microwave thermotherapy for prevention and cure on acute radiodermatitis.Methods: Total of 438 patients with malignant tumor,altogether 849 radiation fields were received radiotherapy for 50-72Gy/25-36f.All cases were divided into two groups.The Gromwell root oil group,434 radiation fields were applied Gromwell root oil to continue radiotherapy when 20Gy orⅠdegree radiodermatitis appearance.Then Ⅲ-Ⅳ degrees skin damage were treated with Gromwell root oil combined with thermotherapy,they also received thermotherapy about 30-40 minutes one time everyday,total 5-8 times.Another group,included 415 radiation fields were applied aloe,Dexamethasone-vitamin B12 injection mixture or nothing to local skin.In this group,139 radiation fields with Ⅲ-Ⅳ degree radiodermatitis were divided into two groups,one group was treated like Gromwell root oil group,and another group maintained no change.Results: For the incidence of Ⅲ-IV degrees skin damage,the treatment group was lower than comparison group(P<0.01),and the recovered time of skin damage were sooner than comparison group(P<0.01).Conclusion: Gromwell root oil can prevent and treat acute radiodermatitis,and combined with microwave thermotherapy will alleviate acute radiodermatitis,shorten the time of recovery.So this method is helpful for radiotherapy.更多还原
