【摘要】 目的:观察腮腺咬肌区外伤性面神经损伤一期端端吻合手术治疗的疗效。方法:回顾性分析22例腮腺咬肌区外伤性面神经损伤患者的临床资料。所有患者均接受一期面神经端端吻合手术。调查内容包括年龄、性别、病因、治疗措施、面神经恢复、并发症等。所有病人至少随访6~24个月。结果:所有患者均一期愈合。6例患者面神经功能恢复至Ⅰ度,13例患者恢复至Ⅱ度,3例患者恢复至Ⅲ度。结论:腮腺咬肌区面神经损伤后,早期并准确的进行一期端端吻合手术治疗,能取得较好的临床效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The purpose of this retrospective study was to evaluate the efficacy of facial-facial anastomosis for facial nerve injury.Methods:The records of 22patients treated for traumatic facial nerve injury in parotideomasseteric region between 2000and 2012were reviewed in department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery,Stomatological Hospital,Xi’an Jiaotong University.All patients accepted a early facial-facial anastomosis.Pre-and postoperative data analyzed included patient age and gender,etiology,treatment type,facial nerve function recovery,complications.At least 6to 24months clinical follow up.Results:There were 6cases of patients whose facial nerve functional recovered toⅠ degree,13cases that recovered toⅡ degree,3cases that recovered toⅢ degree.Conclusion:Early facial-facial anastomosis is the preferred method for facial nerve injury treatment.更多还原
