【摘要】 目的:探讨脑立体定向引导技术手术治疗颅内小病灶的方法及效果。方法:采用ASA-602S型脑立体定向仪及ASA-620立体定向手术计划系统对60例颅内小病灶进行精确定位,显微手术切除。结果:所有的颅内病灶术前均达到精确定位,在直视或显微镜下一次完整或分块切除,全组患者未发生颅内出血、感染,3例术后轻微面瘫,3月后恢复,无手术死亡。结论:采用脑立体定向仪立体定向技术显微手术切除颅内小病灶,具有费用低、创伤小、安全性高、恢复快、疗效好等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate method and effect of dimin-focus of infection in brain by Horseley-Clarke technique.Methods:UsingASA-602S stereotaxic apparatus and stereotaxis operation-plan to exact-positioning and micrurgy removaing the minin-focus of infection in brain.Results:All focus of infection not only could be exact-positioning,but were removed complete or part in euthyphoria or micro-operating.No intracranial hemorrhage,infection or death of all patients.Three patient appeared light facial palsy and recoved after 3mouths.Conclusion:The method that Using micrurgy to therapy the minin-focus of infection in brain By Horseley-Clarke technique,have characters including low-cost,tiny-wounds,high-security,fast-ecover and good therapeutic-effect.更多还原
