【摘要】 目的:探讨ER、PR、C-erbB-2在子宫内膜癌中的表达及意义。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测三种基因蛋白在75例子宫内膜癌组织中的表达情况。结果:在子宫内膜癌组织中ER、PR、C-erbB-2阳性表达率分别为77.3%、72.0%、12.0%;ER、PR的表达与手术分期、病理分级及肌层浸润深度有关;C-erbB-2的表达与子宫内膜癌的病理类型、病理分级、手术病理分期、淋巴结转移有显著的统计学意义;ER、PR、C-erbB-2蛋白的阳性表达与预后有关。结论:ER、PR、C-erbB-2的检测对评价子宫内膜癌的生物学行为及预后有一定意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the expressions and significance of ER,PR and C-erbB-2 in endometrial carcinoma.Methods:ER,PR and C-erbB-2 protein were examined by immunohistochemical SP method respectively in 75 cases of endometrial carcinoma.Results:The positive expression rates of ER,PR and C-erbB-2 were77.3%,72.0%,12.0% in endometrial carcinoma respectively.The expressions of ER and PR were related to operation stage,pathological grade and depth of myometrial invasion.C-erbB-2 were related to pathological type,pathological grade,operation stage and lymph node metastases.The positive expressions of ER,PR and C-erbB-2 were related to prognosis of endometrial carcinoma.Conclusion: The detections for ER,PR and C-erbB-2 have significances for evaluating biological behaviors and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma.更多还原
