【摘要】 目的分析以消化道症状为首发表现的非消化系统疾病的诊治情况及误诊原因,以提高认识,制定合理的治疗方案。方法采用回顾性分析方法对56例以消化道症状为突出表现而最后确诊为非消化系统疾病的病例进行分析。结果 56例以消化道症状为突出表现的患者最后确诊为内分泌系统疾病15例(26.78%)、血液系统疾病14例(25.0%)、生殖系统疾病6例(10.71%)、泌尿系统疾病7例(12.50%)、循环系统疾病3例(5.35%)、代谢疾病2例(3.57%)、呼吸系统疾病1例(1.78%)、其他疾病8例(14.28%)。经相应治疗后症状均得到改善。结论食欲不振、恶心呕吐、腹胀、腹痛、腹泻或便秘等症状常见于消化系统疾病,但在非消化系统疾病中也较多见,尤其是以这些症状为突出表现者极易误诊,因此应注意询问相关病史和症状,及时进行有关检查,以便正确诊治。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the causes of the misdiagnosis of non-digestive system diseases which were represented mainly with digestive symptoms for improving the understanding and making the correct therapeutic measures.Methods The clinical data of 56 cases of non-digestive system diseases which were represented mainly with digestive symptoms were retrospectively analyzed.Results Of 56 cases,there were 15 cases(26.78%)of endocrine system disease,14 cases(25.0%)of hematological system diseases,6 cases(10.71%)of eproductive system diseases,7 cases(12.50%) of urogenital diseases,3 cases(5.35%)of circulation system disease,2 cases(3.57%)of metabolic disease,one case(1.78%)of respiratory disease,and 8 cases(14.28%)of other diseases.After the appropriate treatment,all the symptoms were improved.Conclusion The results suggest that anorexia,nausea and vomiting,bloating,stomach pain,diarrhea or constipation are the common symptoms in digestive system disease,but they also exist in the non-digestive diseases.The patients are easier to be misdiagnosed when these symptoms are outstanding features.The related history and symptoms should be paid attention to,and the relevant examination should be timely done to make the correct diagnosis and treatment.更多还原
