【摘要】 目的探讨下腹正中单切口后入路行双侧腹股沟疝无张力修补术在成人双侧腹股沟疝治疗中的临床应用价值。方法对我院2009-07～2011-12间经下腹正中单切口后入路行双侧腹股沟疝无张力疝修补术的47例患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,以分析该术式的手术时间、术后并发症、住院时间及复发情况等临床特点及效果。结果 47例双侧腹股沟疝中,手术时间(51.6±10.5)min,术后住院时间(4.7±1.2)d,并发症发生率6.4%(3/47),随访6-37月,无复发病例。结论采用下腹正中单切口后入路无张力疝修补术治疗成人双侧腹股沟疝修补技术安全可靠,疗效确切,具有操作简单,手术创伤小,恢复快,复发率低且费用低等诸多优点,符合腹股沟疝个体化及微创化手术原则,适宜临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the surgical skills and evaluate the efficacy of posterior approach herniorrhaphy for bilateral inguinal hernia via single ventral midline incision.Methods From July 2009 to December 2011,47 patients with bilateral inguinal hernia received posterior approach herniorrhaphy via single ventral midline incision,and the clinical data,including the operation time,postoperative complications,the hospital stay and the recurrence,were analyzed retrospectively.Results In 47 cases of bilateral inguinal hernia,the operation time was(51.6±10.5)min,the postoperative hospital stay was(4.7±1.2)d,the incidence of postoperative complications was 6.4%(3/47).No recurrence occurred during the follow-up of 6-37 months.Conclusion The posterior approach herniorrhaphy for bilateral inguinal hernia via single ventral midline incision is proved to be effective,safe and convenient,and it has few postoperative complications.This method is worth popularizing in the clinical practice.更多还原
