【摘要】 目的探讨腹腔镜手术在输卵管扭转的诊断及治疗中的应用。方法回顾分析我院2002-2011年共32例输卵管扭转的患者经腹腔镜诊断及治疗情况。结果本组病例中,术前诊断为急性阑尾炎者9例(28.13%),诊断为卵巢囊肿蒂扭转者17例(53.12%),诊断为卵巢囊肿合并感染者4例(12.50%),只有2例诊断为输卵管扭转(6.25%)。32例患者均在腹腔镜下明确诊断及治疗,无并发症发生,取得良好疗效。结论输卵管扭转发病率低,误诊率高,通过腹腔镜检查,可提高输卵管扭转的诊断,同时又可在腹腔镜下完成相应的手术治疗,临床疗效好,可取代传统的开腹手术治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application of laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of tubal torsion.Methods The documents about laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of 32 patients suffering from tubal torsion were reviewed and analyzed.Results Before the operation,9 cases(28.13%) were diagnosed as acute appendicitis,17 cases(53.12%) were ovarian cyst torsion,4 cases(12.50%)were ovarian cyst with infection,and only 2 cases(6.25%)were diagnosed as tubal torsion.All 32 patients were correctly diagnosed and treated under laparoscopy.No complications happened.The treatment achieved good curative effects.Conclusion The incidence rate of tubal torsion is lower,but the misdiagnosis rate is higher.Laparoscopy can improve the diagnosis of tubal torsion.At the same time,the corresponding surgical treatment can be done with laparoscopy and achieves good clinical curative effects.Therefore,laparoscopy can replace the traditional open surgery treatment.更多还原
