【摘要】 目的探讨与分析骨髓转移癌的形态学变化与临床特点。方法抽取骨髓转移癌患者47例,针对其骨髓细胞形态学与临床特点之间的联系进行回顾性分析。结果 47例转移癌患者肺癌、胃癌、肝癌多见,分别占19.15%,17.02%,14.89%,且实验室检查及临床表现多样化,临床表现多有贫血、骨痛、发热等。细胞形态学典型,表现为核大而圆,核仁清晰,多成团分布。结论骨髓转移癌患者的临床特点较为典型,且呈多样化,并且其细胞形态学典型性也较强,对诊断具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the morphological changes of metastatic carcinoma of bone marrow and its clinical features.Methods The clinical data of 47 cases of metastatic carcinoma of bone marrow were retrospectively reviewed.The morphology and the clinical features were summarized.Results Both laboratory examination and clinical manifestation of 47 patients were quite diverse,such as anemia,bone pain,fever and other performance.The incidences of lung cancer,stomach cancer and liver cancer were 19.15%,17.02%,14.89%,respectively.The cellullar morphology was typical,which was presented as large and round nuclear,clear nucleolus and bundle in the smear.Conclusion The clinical features of patients suffering from metastatic carcinoma of bone marrow are typical and diverse.The morphology of cells is typical,which has crucial significance for its diagnosis.更多还原
