生态因子对红豆杉中紫杉醇含量的影响

【摘要】 研究了生态因子对红豆杉中紫杉醇含量的影响.结果表明:紫杉醇含量与海拔高度、坡位、河距以及土壤中有机质和氮的含量相关性显著;在海拔1 000~1 300m的范围内及土壤中有机质含量为≤100g/kg中生长的红豆杉中紫杉醇含量显著较高.对11个因子进行主成份分析显示,影响红豆杉中紫杉醇含量积累的因素依次为:有机质、氮、磷、钾、海拔高度、河距、坡位、植被类型、坡度、坡向、pH.在红豆杉种植中,通过合理搭配不同生态因子,可以提高紫杉醇的含量.

【Abstract】 The effects of ecological factors on taxol content in Taxus wallichiana var.chinensis were studied.The following results were obtained.The taxol content was significantly correlated with the altitude,slope,the distance to river,the soil organic matter and the nitrogen content.The results showed that the taxol content was significant high at the plots located in 1 000~1 300 m in elevation,as well as the content of soil organic matter≤100 g/kg in these plots.The principal component analysis of the 11 factors showed that the sequence of factors which may affect the content of taxol is as fellows,organic matter,nitrogen,phosphorus,kalium,altitude,distance to river,slope position,vegetation types,gradient,slope and pH.The content of taxol can be improved through the control of different ecological factors.
