最大脂肪代谢强度与有氧耐力及RPE关系的实验研究
Experimental study on relationship among Fatmax,aerobic endurance and RPE
【摘要】 为研究最大脂肪代谢强度(Fatmax)、最大摄氧量(VO2max)、乳酸阈强度(ILT)以及主观体力感觉(RPE)之间的关系,选择8名受试者在功率自行车上进行一次递增负荷的力竭运动,测试指标Fatmax、VO2max、ILT和RPE,并进行相关性分析.结果显示:达到Fatmax、ILT的RPE分别为9.4±2.3和13.5±2.0(P<0.05),Fatmax的出现要早于ILT,Fatmax与VO2max、ILT都存在显著的相关性.结论表明,应用RPE可以有效判断Fatmax和ILT,对于心肺功能良好、有氧代谢能力较佳的体育健身者,在减脂运动中可以适当提高运动负荷.
【Abstract】 In order to analyze the relationships among Fatmax,VO2max、ILT and Rating of Perceived Exertion(RPE),eight subjects are selected to performed a graded exercise test to exhaustion on a cycle-ergometer.Fatmax,VO2max,ILT,RPE are tested,and their correlations are analyzed.The experiment result shows that the RPE of ILT and Fatmax are 9.4±2.3 and 13.5±2.0(P<0.05)respectively and Fatmax appears earlier.The relativities between Fatmax,VO2max and ILT are conformed.Such condusions can be made,the RPE can effectively determine Fatmax and ILT.Exercise intensity should be increased properly in fat reducing sports to the person with good cardiopulmonary function and aerobic metabolism ability.
