【Abstract】 It has always been a controversial topic in the western academia that Locke’s natural law theory was a divine law based on Christianity,or was a purely secular reason law.In fact,Locke’s natural law theory has the relation with a variety of traditions at the same time.Whether to investigate the source of the binding of the natural law,or to analyse how to obtain the knowledge of the natural law,Locke is careful to seek the balance between the sacred wisdom and the secular rationality,his natural law theory is the integration of the sacred and the secular.更多还原
