【摘要】 以低温库保存17年和2008年繁殖更新后的18份高粱种子为试材,通过发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数测定,进行其生活力、活力变化研究。结果表明:低温库保存17年的种子和更新后种子的发芽势、发芽率基本相近,差异不显著,但发芽指数、活力指数差异达到显著水平。这说明在评价种子质量时,仅对种子发芽势、发芽率的生活力检测是不够的,不能代表整个种子完整的活力水平。在对低温库低温贮存时间长、生产上自交系及商品用种保存条件差的种子进行生活力检测的同时,还应进行种子活力指标的检测,种子活力应作为评价种子质量优劣的一个重要指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the study,the seed vigor and the variation of seed vigor of 17kinds of sorghum seeds which were stored at low temperature from 1to17years and another kind which was reproduced in 2008were studied by comparing germination potentiality,germination rate,germination index and vigor index.The results showed that the germination index and vigor index were significantly different among the different kinds of seeds although the potentiality and the rate of germination were similar between the storage and reproduced seeds which indicated that it was not enough to only test seed viability when the seed quality was evaluated due to the difference between the seed viability and the integrity vigor level of the whole seeds.For the seeds conserved in low temperature for a long time,the seeds of inbred lines in culture and commercial seeds stored in poor condition,the testing for both of the seed viability and seed vigor should be applied.Seed vigor could be as an important index for estimating seed quality.更多还原
