【摘要】 以山西白猪高产仔母系和大白猪为育种素材,采用标记辅助选择技术结合群体继代选育法,经7年6个世代育成晋汾白猪。对7个世代母猪繁殖性能分析表明,5世代母猪的繁殖性能最好,母猪初产窝产仔11.32头,产活仔数10.74头,断奶头数10.68头,哺育率达99.43%,初生个体均重1.36kg,28日龄断奶窝重71.62kg。除仔猪初生个体均重与0世代差异不显著外,5世代其它繁殖性状都显著高于0世代(P<0.05)。6世代与5世代相比,个体均重、初生窝重与28日龄断奶窝重差异显著(P<0.05),其它性状差异均不显著,5、6世代品种繁殖性能已趋于遗传稳定。6世代各繁殖性状间均存在着极显著的相关关系。该品种已具有良好的繁殖性能,是一个优良的瘦肉型品种。更多还原

【Abstract】 Jinfen White pig is a new variety by crossing Mashen pig,Taihu pig,Landrace,Yorkshire pig and selecting by means of combining the marker assisted selection with systematic breeding from generation to generation for seven years.The reproductive performance of sows from the fifth generation was better than those of sows from any other generations on the basis of the analysis results on reproductive performance for sows from all generations.Total number born,number born alive and litter size at weaning on 28days at first parity of sows from the fifth generation were 11.32,10.74and 10.68of piglets,respectively,and with the weaning rate of 99.43%.The average body weight at birth and day 28litter weight at weaning of this generation were 1.36kg and 71.62kg,respectively.Comparing to the reproductive performance of the base population,the significant improvements for reproductive traits with the exception of average body weight of Jinfen White pig at birth have been obtained by the successive selection for generations(P< 0.05).Average body weight,litter weight at birth and litter weight at day 28of age of the fifth generation were significant higher than the triats of the sixth generation,respectively(P<0.05),and there was no obvious difference in other traits between the sixth and the fifth generation.It showed that the reproductive performance of the breed had obtained genetic stability.Extremely significant correlation was occurred among each reproductive trait of the sixth generation.Jinfen White pig is an excellent variety in pig production due to its good reproductive performance.更多还原
