【摘要】 家庭联产承包制度下的均田制已逐渐暴露其产权制度本身的缺陷,阻碍了广大农村的农业发展,难以实现规模效益。广西富川县农民为了谋求经济发展,率先在广西进行了农地整治,实现了规模经营、农民增收、吸引外来投资等诸多效益。以新制度经济学为视角,基于产权制度变迁的角度分析铁耕村的农地整治案例,透过案例详细地分析其发起、运行及成功的机理,为在更广泛的范围内推广该模式提供理论上和实践上的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Land equalization policy with its weakness and deficiency prevent rural agricultural development,and scale benefit.In order to strive for economic development,farmers in Tiegeng,Fuchuan county of Guangxi province,took the lead in the land integration,and made great achievements in scale operation,farmers’ income and foreign investment.From new institutional economics perspective,this paper made detailed analysis on its launch,operation and mechanism of farmland integration case in Tiegeng village,in order to provides the theoretical and practical basis for the promotion of this model in the broader range.更多还原
