【Abstract】 Construction of academic discipline in higher education is one of the most important ways to measure and evaluate the education quality, the educational environment and social reputation of a college. With the reform and development of higher education, the construction of academic discipline is facing new problems. College counselors play an important role in this construction, who are not only engaged in directly the students’ ideological and political education, but also responsible for students’ management.
