轮回选择方法对运轮2号的改良效果

【摘要】 以具有我国四平头种质自交系合成的运轮2号玉米群体为基本材料,以郑58×运系98-1为测验种,分析了运轮2号群体的产量等性状的配合力。结果表明,群体内单株间产量等性状配合力差异明显,遗传变异丰富;从113个测交种中筛选出20个较优良的对应自交单株作为新一轮轮回选择的亲本。预计新一轮合成群体产量配合力将提高4.85%,农艺性状也将得到相应改良。

【Abstract】 Yunlun 2 population were synthesized by corn inbred lines with the Tangshan Sipingtou germplasm.In this study,we analyzed the combining ability of the population yield and other traits in maize population Yunlun 2 using Zheng 58 ×Yunxi 98-1 as tester and Yunlun 2 as basic materials.The results show that the combining ability differences of yields and other traits are significantly different between individual plants in the population.The genetic variation of population is abundant.Subsequently,we screened 20 excellent self-crossing plants as parents in new recurrent selection from 113 test crosses.It is expected that the production of new composite population will increase by 4.85% and the agronomic traits also be modified accordingly.
