GA3对壶瓶枣细胞壁组分代谢及裂果率的影响

【摘要】 以易裂品种壶瓶枣为材料,研究了GA3对壶瓶枣发育过程中果皮细胞壁成分、相关酶活性及其全红期裂果率的影响。结果表明,GA(320 mg/L)可以降低壶瓶枣裂果率;果实从膨大期开始,果胶甲酯酶(PME)及纤维素酶(CX)活性开始上升,至白熟期活性达到顶峰,随后活性降低,而果胶酶(PG)活性高峰则出现在半红期,随后酶活降低,且GA3表现出对PME,PG及CX酶的抑制作用;果皮中原果胶含量,纤维素含量逐渐降低,水溶性果胶含量逐渐增多;全红期处理组果皮中原果胶含量、纤维素含量分别高于对照1.48,240 mg/g,而水溶性果胶含量低于对照1.53 mg/g。

【Abstract】 The Huping jujube(Ziziphus jujube Mill.) as materials was sprayed with GA3(20 mg/L) to study on its effect to the content of water-soluble pectin,protopectin,cellulose and the activity of PME,PG and CX.The results showed that the treatment of GA3 could reduce the proportion of cracking fruit.From the swelling stageon,the activity of PME,CX increased and the activity reached the maximum at white-ripe stage,and then reduced.But,the peak of PG activity appeared at half-red stage,and then reduced.The GA3 treatment could inhibit the activity of PME,PG and CX.The content of protopectin and cellulose reduced and water-soluble pectin increased from white-ripe stage.Because of the inhibition on PME,PG and CX,at the full-red stage,the protopectin and cellulose increased by 1.48,240 mg/g,and the water-soluble pectin decreased by 1.53 mg/g compared with the CK.
