不同厚度化纤保温被对温室保温性能的影响
Effect of Chemical Fiber Heat Preservation Quilt of Different Thickness on Insulating Ability of Solar Greenhouse
【摘要】 研究了不同厚度化纤保温被对温室保温性能的影响。结果表明,在模拟温室环境条件下,连续晴天或连续阴天,化纤保温被单位面积质量(厚度)对0:00—8:00时段温室30 cm高处平均气温和10 cm处平均地温影响较大;被雨淋湿后,不论晴天或阴天,不同厚度处理间保温效果差异不显著。采用2.25~2.40 kg/m2厚的化纤保温被,既可以提高温室30 cm高处的气温又可提高10 cm处地温,是节本增效的理想选择。
【Abstract】 This text has studied the effects of chemical fiber heat preservation quilt of different thickness on insulating ability in solar greenhouse.The air temperature of 30 cm higher above the ground and the soil temperature of 10 cm under ground in the simulation of greenhouse was analyzed.The temperature was measured at 0:00,8:00,12:00 and 16:00 in a day.The result showed that,in simulation of greenhouse,under continuous sunny days or continuous cloudy days,different thickness of heat preservation quilt per area had more effects on temperature of 30 cm higher above the ground and temperature of 10 cm under ground between 0:00 and 8:00.With the increase of the thickness,the effect became better.But the air temperature had no significant difference at 12:00 and 16:00.No matter sunny or cloudy days after being damp by the rain,the different thickness of heat preservation quilt had no effect on insulating ability.Chemical fiber insulation quilt of 2.25~2.40 kg/m2 thickness is an ideal choice for cost saving and efficiency improving,for it can increase the temperature at 30 cm high and also the ground temperature at 10 cm high.
