【摘要】 目的:探讨肋间肌瓣在疑难复杂食管外科疾病中的应用价值。方法:采用肋间肌瓣修复治疗9例食管气管瘘、食管穿孔等复杂食管良性疾病患者,其中成年人食管气管瘘2例、迟发异物性食管穿孔2例、食管黏膜下肿瘤切除后食管壁缺损2例、高位食管癌侵及气管切除后气管支气管膜部窗形缺损2例、食管癌术后左主支气管胸膜瘘1例,观察临床疗效。结果:全部患者均一次修复成功,无严重并发症和手术死亡,随访半年以上无食管狭窄和气管支气管狭窄、食管胸膜瘘和气管支气管胸膜瘘发生。结论:肋间肌瓣在治疗疑难复杂食管外科疾病中有良好的应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the effect of intercostal muscle flap for complex esophageal surgical diseases. Methods:Retrospective analysis the surgical outcomes of 9 patients with complex esophageal diseases treated by intercostal muscle flap.2 patients with adult broncho- esophageal fistula,2 patients with late esophageal perforation,2 patients with esophageal wall defect after esophageal submucosal tumor enucleation,2 patients with tracheal- bronchial membranal defect after radical esophagectomy for esophageal cancer invade trachea and 1pt with left bronchopleural fistula after radical esophagectomy for esophageal cancer were repaired or reinforced with intercostal muscle flap. Results: All patients recovered uneventful without morbidity and mortality. No fistula or stenosis of esophagus and tracheal- bronchus was found after 6 months following- up.Conclusion: It is a good option to treat these complex esophageal surgical diseases with intercostal muscle flap.更多还原
