【摘要】 目的:探讨股骨近端解剖型锁定钢板治疗骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法:对20例骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折,使用解剖型锁定钢板进行内固定,术后进行骨质疏松症的治疗并行髋关节功能锻炼。结果:所有病例随访6～12个月,骨折均愈合,无内植物松动、断钉、切割等现象,髋关节功能恢复良好。结论:解剖型锁定钢板治疗骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折创伤小,固定牢固,结合术后骨质疏松的治疗,有利于老年患者全身状况和肢体功能恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the therapeutic effect of femoral proximate anatomical locking-plate concreting osteoporotic tochanteric fracture.Methods:Twenty cases who suffer from osteoporotic tochanteric fracture were applied anatomical locking-plate and cured osteoporosis,trained hip joint function after operation.Results:After follow-up visiting from 6 to 12 monthes,all fracture were concrescent without interplantation cinching,nail breaking and concisus,hip joint function were rebounded well.Conclusion:Anatomical locking-plate which were applied to concretes osteoporotic tochanteric fracture with the feature of minitrauma and fast fixation combining with postop cure of osteoporosis profit sys state and extremity function of gerontal patients to rebound.更多还原
