【摘要】 目的:观察早期贲门癌手术治疗的临床远期疗效。方法:对2006年1月—2011年12月手术治疗早期贲门癌35例患者的临床资料和随访结果进行分析。结果:1,3,5年生存率分别为100.0%,100.0%,97.1%;无癌死亡病例。结论:上消化道内镜检查是目前诊断早期贲门癌的较好方法。手术治疗是提高早期贲门癌远期疗效的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect observation on early surgical treatment of cardia cancer.Methods:To analysis the clinical data and follow-up results of 35 cases with ovarian cancer from January 2006 to December 2011.Results:The survival rates of 1,3,5 years were 100.0%,100.0%,97.1%.No cancer deaths.Conclusion:Upper gastrointestinal endoscopy is a better method to diagnosis early cardiac carcinoma.Surgical treatment is the key to improve the curative effect of early cardiac carcinoma.更多还原
