新型酚酰胺抗氧剂AO-BIO的合成及在生物柴油中的应用
Synthesis of Phenol-Amide Antioxidant AO-BIO and Its Application in Biodiesel
【摘要】 以3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸甲酯为原料,与具有含氮基团的氨乙基哌嗪进行酯转酰胺反应,合成了一种新型酚酰胺类抗氧剂3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)-N-(2-(1-哌嗪基)乙基)丙酰胺(AO-BIO),并采用GC-MS、电喷雾质谱和傅里叶变换红外光谱对其进行表征。采用Racimat法(EN 14112∶2003和EN 15751∶2009)测定了抗氧剂AO-BIO在酸化油生物柴油、菜籽油生物柴油及B5、B20生物柴油调合燃料中的抗氧化效果。结果表明,合成的AO-BIO为具有酚酰胺结构的抗氧剂,且目标产物在抗氧剂AO-BIO的有效质量分数为98.27%,抗氧剂AO-BIO的抗氧化效果优于常见的酚类抗氧剂,可有效减少抗氧剂的加剂量。
【Abstract】 An antioxidant of 3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)-N-(2-(piperazin-1-yl)ethyl) propanamide(AO-BIO) was synthesized through the ester-to-amide reaction of methyl 3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionate with N-aminoethyl piperazine and characterized by GC-MS,ESI-MS and FT-IR.The antioxidant properties of the acid oil biodiesel,rapeseed oil biodiesel and biodiesel fuel blends with AO-BIO added were investigated by using Rancimat oxidation test method(EN 14112∶2003 and EN 15751∶2009).It was found that AO-BIO had a phenol-amide structure and 98.27% target compound was found in AO-BIO.The novel antioxidant AO-BIO showed better performances than other common phoenic antioxidants and a significant reduction in dosage could be achieved.
