【摘要】 [目的]探讨本科实习护生文化胜任力与职业自我概念之间的关系,为提高护生的多元文化护理能力提供指导;分析国籍因素对文化胜任力与职业自我概念的差异性影响。[方法]采用文化胜任力量表和护士自我概念量表调查马尼拉地区480名本科实习护生,考察两者之间的关系及特点。[结果]本科实习护生文化胜任力与职业自我概念呈正相关(P<0.001);文化胜任力对其职业自我概念有预测作用(P<0.001);留学生与当地学生的文化胜任力在意识和敏感度分量表水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),留学本科实习护生其文化意识及敏感度水平要显著高于菲律宾当地护生;留学生与当地学生的职业自我概念在关爱病人维度得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]本科实习护生文化胜任力与职业自我概念密切相关。通过提高护生的文化胜任能力,可促进其职业自我概念的完善,同时需注重文化胜任能力及职业自我概念的培训,以期提高护生多元文化护理的整体水平和工作满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To probe into the relationship between cultural competence and professional self-concept of undergraduate nursing interns,so as to provide guidance to improve the multicultural nursing ability of nursing students;and to analyze the influence of nationality factors on difference between cultural competence and professional self-concept.Methods:The culturally competent force table and nurses self-concept scale were used to investigate 480 undergraduate nursing interns in Manila,so as to study the relationship between both tables and their features.Results:Cultural competence of undergraduate nursing interns was positively correlated with their professional self-concept(P<0.001);cultural competence had predicted their professional self-concept(P<0.001);there was statistically significant difference in of cultural competence between students studying abroad and local students(P<0.05),cultural awareness and sensitivity level of undergraduate nursing interns studying abroad were significantly higher than that of the local Filipino nursing students;there was statistically significant difference in care patients score of professional self-concept between students studying abroad and local students awareness and sensitivity subscale level(P<0.01).Conclusion:Cultural competency of undergraduate nursing interns is closely related to professional self-concept.Improving the cultural competence of nursing students can promote the improvement of their professional self-concept,and at the same time it is needed to focus on training of cultural competence and professional self-concept of them,with a view to improve the overall level of multicultural care and job satisfaction of nursing students更多还原
