混凝-两段生物接触氧化工艺处理玻纤浸润剂废水

【摘要】 从工程实例角度介绍了混凝—两段生物接触氧化组合工艺处理玻纤浸润剂废水的工艺流程、技术特点,给出了主要构筑物的技术参数和实际工程运行效果。该工艺运行稳定,处理效果好,耐冲击能力强。监测结果表明,工艺对COD的去除率达到95%以上,经处理后出水各项水质指标均达到《污水综合排放标准(GB8978-1996)》一级标准,处理直接费用仅为1.46元/m3。

【Abstract】 The paper introduces the process flow and technological features for the combined process of coagulationtwo stage bio-contact oxidation for treatment of glass fiber wastewater from the perspective of engineering.Moreover,the process parameters for main structures are presented and the performances for the practical engineering are examined.In general,the process system performs steady and well,and also shows stronger resistance to shock loading.Besides,results show that the removal rate of COD reaches above 95%.Effluents comply with requirements for the 1st criteria of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996).The incurred treatment cost maintains about 1.46RMB/m3.
