蓝色发光纳米硫化铟的合成及表征

【摘要】 采用金属有机合成法在280℃下合成得到蓝色发光的In2S3纳米晶体,近似球形,平均粒径为3.09 nm。XRD结果表明,该晶体属于立方晶系,空间群为Fd-3m。HRTEM图中晶格条纹清晰且连续,表明In2S3晶体结晶度好,因而其发光具有较高的荧光量子产率(最高可达8%)。其荧光光谱的Stokes位移最高达到180 nm,可以有效消除一个纳米粒子对另一纳米粒子光致发光的再吸收,并有效抑制它们之间的能量共振转移现象。In2S3纳米晶体荧光衰减曲线符合单指数衰减公式,荧光寿命为9.28 ns,其蓝色荧光源自晶体表面的缺陷发光。

【Abstract】 The blue emission In2S3 nanocrystals have been prepared by organometallic route at 280 ℃.This nanocrystals appears to be nearly spherical shape and fairly monodisperse.The average size is 3.09 nm which determined by TEM measurements.XRD Result suggests that In2S3 crystallizes in the cubic structure with the space symmetry group Fd-3m.The continuous lattice fringes throughout the whole particle are clearly observed in HRTEM image,which indicates the high crystallinity of these NCs with few remarkable defects and leads to relatively high quantum yields(up to 8%).A large stokes shift of 180 nm makes it possible to inhibit the resorption and Frster energy transfer between In2S3 nanocrystals.The PL decay curves of In2S3 nanocrystals can be fitted by a single exponential function.The lifetime is 9.28 ns.These results indicate that the blue emission of In2S3 nanocrystals originates from the recombination of an electron and a hole dominated by the surface defects.
