不同酥油等温燃烧动力学过程
Combustion process and kinetic characteristics of different ghee
【摘要】 对食用酥油、工业酥油和石蜡进行等温燃烧失重实验,实验数据拟合得到了拟合方程,计算得到活化能、反应级数n、指前因子A。结果表明,食用酥油在650~850℃下等温燃烧过程反应级数为0~1,工业酥油和石蜡等温燃烧过程反应级数为1~2。
【Abstract】 This paper experimentally studied isothermal combustion processes of edible ghee,industrial ghee and paraffin wax by using Muffle furnace,the fitting curves were obtained by Matlab,and kinetic parameters,such as active energy E,reaction order n and pre-exponent index A.The results show that the reaction order of edible ghee is in the range of 0-1 under the temperature from 650-850 ℃;the reaction of industrial ghee and paraffin wax is in the range of 1-2 under the same temperature.
