Salophen-荧光素及其铀酰配合物的光谱性质研究
Study on spectral properties of Salophen-fluorescein and its uranyl complex
【摘要】 合成了一种Salophen与荧光素的连接物以用作铀酰的荧光探针。用水杨醛和3,4-二氨基苯甲酸合成含羧基的四齿西佛碱配体Salophen,Salophen与5-氨基荧光素缩合,生成连接物Salophen-荧光素,Salophen-荧光素与铀酰反应,生成配合物铀酰-Salophen-荧光素。用红外光谱、紫外可见吸收光谱和荧光光谱研究了Salophen-荧光素及其与铀酰的配合物的光谱性质。结果表明,Salophen-荧光素的荧光强于5-氨基荧光素,但弱于其与铀酰的配合物。一定条件下,Salophen-荧光素的荧光强度随着铀酰浓度的增加而线性地增强,表明Salophen-荧光素可作为铀酰的荧光探针。
【Abstract】 The synthesized Salophen-fluorescein connection of objects and its uranyl complex designed to act as a fluorescence probes for uranyl.The Salophen containing carboxyl group is a tetradentate Schiff base ligand prepared by the reaction of salicylaldehyde with 3,4-diaminobenzoic acid.Salophen-fluorescein was synthesized by connecting 5-aminofluorescein(5-AF) to the Salophen through the condensation reaction of amino group with carboxyl group.The complex uranyl-Salophen-fluorescein was obtained by the coordination reaction of Salophen-fluorescein with uranyl cation.The spectral properties of Salophen-fluorescein and its uranyl complex were studied by infrared spectrometry,ultraviolet visible absorption spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy.The results showed that the fluorescence intensity of Salophen-fluorescein is much stronger than that of 5-AF,and much weaker than that of its uranyl complex,and the fluorescence intensity of Salophen-fluorescein linearly increases with the increase of uranyl concentration.These facts demonstrate that Salophen-fluorescein is a potential fluorescence probe for uranyl.
