【Abstract】 In sampling survey,an inaccurate sampling frame is one of the main reasons to generated non-sampling error in estimation.In this paper,using probability and statistics analysis methods,we analyzed the impact of sampling variance of parameter estimators under three types of sampling frame defects,constructed the function of non-sampling error under the three kinds of sampling frame defects,to provide a theoretical basis for the quantitative analysis the relationship of non-sampling error and sampling frame defects.更多还原
