【Abstract】 In the U.S.antitrust practice,regulators and courts often apply essential facility doctrine(EFD) to govern anti-competitive behaviors of the facilities of owner’s.Recently,search results display bias and its potential anti-competitive effects attract widespread attention.Based on the regulatory experience about airline computer reservation systems display bias regulated by U.S.regulatory authorities,This paper makes a prospective analysis on the remedies of the anti-competitive effects which is attributed to search results display bias of search engine from the perspective of EFD.更多还原
