有氧运动对大鼠一氧化氮、一氧化氮合酶及血脂含量的影响
Effect of aerobic exercise on the levels of NO,NOS and serum lipids in rats
【摘要】 将40只雄性SD大鼠随机分为两组:对照组和运动组(n=20),运动组进行游泳训练8周(5 d/周,1.5 h/d),测定有氧运动对中年大鼠一氧化氮、一氧化氮合酶及血脂含量的变化及抗动脉粥样硬化的作用机制。与对照组相比,运动组NO含量明显升高,有显著性差异(p<0.05);主动脉NOS活性显著增强(++);血清TC、TG、TDL-C和动脉硬化指数AI降低,HDL-C提高,有极显著性差异(p<0.01)。结果表明运动可有效地增强大鼠主动脉内皮细胞的舒张功能,降低血脂水平,减轻脂类对血管内皮细胞的损害作用,从而提高血管系统对运动的适应能力,这可能是运动抗动脉粥样硬化的可能机制。
【Abstract】 The purpose of this investigation was to study the levels of the NO,NOS and serum lipids in rats.Forty male SD rats were randomly divided into two groups: control and exercise.The exercise performed swimming exercise training program(5 days a week,1.5 hours per day) for 8 weeks.(1)The contents of NO: The examination showed that in exercise group,NO contents increased(p<0.05);(2) The changes of NOS:In exercise groups NOS vitalin was enhanced(++) as compared with control group;(3)The contents of the serum lipids:TC,TG,TDL-C and AI levels obviously decreased and HDL-C increased in exercise groups.The results suggested that exercise can increase the content of NO and the expression of NOS and regulate the metabolism of serum lipids.It indicated that the diastolic function of the aorta endothelium was increased.That may be beneficial to anti-arteriosclerosis.
