含小水电的长距离配电线路电压质量改善
Study on voltage quality in long-distance distribution line with small hydropower
【摘要】 农网中部分10 kV线路输电距离过长,同时线路中大都有小水电接入,而小水电发电存在季节性特点,导致冬季最大负荷时线路末端电压过低,在线路最小负荷及夏季由于小水电的投入又使线路末端电压过高,线路运行电压极不稳定。针对含小水电的10 kV长距离配电线路运行电压存在的问题,提出了适合长距离线路电压调整的解决方案,采用线路双向调压器进行调压,运行表明调压效果良好,对其他含小水电配电网的运行有一定的借鉴作用。
【Abstract】 Some 10 kV wires in rural electricity system are long and dotted with small hydropower,causing serious problems of instability of voltage in operation,with too low voltage at the end in high consumption load in winter and too high voltage at the end in low consumption load in summer.To solve the problem,the study proposes a scheme especially applicable to voltage adjustment in long-distance distribution line.The scheme uses two-way regulator to control the voltage.It proves to work well and may serve as a reference for other similar operations.
