含咔唑、苯并咪唑环吡啶类共轭化合物的合成
Synthesis of Pyridine Conjugated Compounds Containing Carbazole and Benzimidazole Ring
【摘要】 2,6-二咔唑吡啶为原料,通过碘代和Ullmann反应合成了含有咔唑、苯并咪唑环吡啶类共轭化合物:2-咔唑基-6-(3-苯并咪唑基咔唑基)吡啶(1b)、2,6-二(3-苯并咪唑基咔唑基)吡啶(2b)、2-(3-苯并咪唑基咔唑基)-6-(3,6-二苯并咪唑基咔唑基)吡啶(3b)和2,6-二(3,6-二苯并咪唑基咔唑基)吡啶(4b);对中间体碘代产物的制备条件进行了优化选择.所得产物结构经1 H NMR和IR表征.
【Abstract】 Using 2,6-di(9H-carbazol-9-yl)pyridine as raw material,pyridine conjugated compounds containning carbazole and benzimidazole ring,9-(6-(9H-carbazol-9-yl)pyridin-2-yl)-3-(benzimidazolyl)-9H-carbazole(1b),2,6-bis(3-(1H-benzimidazol-1-yl)-9H-carbazol-9-yl)pyridine(2b),9-(6-(3-(benzimidazolyl)-carbazolyl)pyridin-2-yl)-3,6-di(benzimidazolyl)carbazole(3b)and 2,6-bis(3,6-di(1H-benzimidazolyl)-carbazolyl)pyridine(4b)were synthesized through iodination and Ullmann reaction.The structures were characterized by 1 H NMR and IR spectra.The optimum reaction conditions of iodination were determined.
