多胺功能化介孔氧化硅对布洛芬的吸附与pH控释
Polyamines-functionalized Mesoporous Material for Adsorption and pH-controlled Release of Ibuprofen
【摘要】 采用分步共缩聚法,在介孔氧化硅球壳层引入含有溴的有机基团,再与四乙烯五胺反应引入多胺,合成了孔口处pH敏感性的介孔氧化硅纳米球.通过X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、N2物理吸附、透射电镜(TEM)、红外(IR)和元素分析对该材料的结构和组成进行表征.以布洛芬为模型药物,研究了所合成材料对布洛芬的吸附性能和在不同pH条件下的释放行为.
【Abstract】 Polyamines functionalized mesoporous silica nanospheres were synthesized through a delayed condensation followed by chemical modification.The structure and composition of the synthesized material were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),N2 physical adsorption,transmission electron microscope(TEM),infrared spectral analysis(IR) and elemental analysis.Furthermore,using ibuprofen(IBU) as a model drug,we investigated the adsorption capacity of the synthesized material and releasing behavior at different pH.
