【Abstract】 As for the rational formula listed in Regulation for Calculating Designed Flood Water Resources and Hydropower Projects for deriving small watershed flood,we proposed to derive the peak discharge and flow concentration time of the rational with Matlab software in the condition of various kinds of flow concentration.The method is simple,practical,and easy to operate with advantages of high calculation speed and precision.更多还原
