【Abstract】 Precipitation is the main sources of water resources,which is related with industrial and agricultural production,national economy construction and people life.So it is very important for the precipitation to make practical prediction.According to the data of the average level of monthly rainfall from 2000 to 2010,we use the method of decomposition of the time sequence to analyze and forecast the 2011,and yield the issue of environment and climate changes in this paper in Anshan.We also advocate our civilians to protect environment,contribute the change of environment.更多还原
