三种不同原料发酵丁醇的比较

【摘要】 目的:为了比较不同生物质发酵丁醇的差异。方法:分别以8%玉米粉、米糠、汽爆玉米秸秆为原料,丙酮丁醇梭菌(Clostridium acetobutylicum zzu-2)为发酵菌,37℃厌氧发酵生产丁醇。并考察了初始pH、秸秆酶解液上清浓缩液对丁醇产量的影响。结果:8%玉米粉、米糠、汽爆玉米秸秆的发酵后丁醇浓度分别为13.45g/l、13.17g/l和9.64g/l。总溶剂浓度分别为21.19g/l、20.64g/l和14.88g/l。分批发酵时间分别为36h、64h和68h。结论:丙酮丁醇梭菌pH适应范围为4.4~6.5,具有淀粉酶的活性,不具备纤维素的活性。与玉米粉和米糠相比,汽爆玉米秸秆酶解后糖浓度较低,为57.5g/l,副产物较多,导致总溶剂和丁醇浓度偏低,分别为14.88g/l、9.64g/l。秸秆酶解液的糖浓度亟待提高。

【Abstract】 Objective: In order to compare the diffrrence of different biomass fermented butanol.Method: Butanol was anaerobic fermented by Clostridium acetobutylicum zzu – 2 at 37 ℃,respectively with 8% corn flour,rice bran,steam-exploded corn stover as raw material.And the effects of the initial pH,concentrated steam-exploded corn stover enzymatic hydrolysis liquid on butanol yield were also studied.Result: Butanol concentration respectively was 13.45 g / l,13.17 g / l and 9.64 g / l.General solvent concentration respectively was 21.19 g / l,20.64 g / l and 14.88 g / l.Fermentation time respectively was 36 h and 64 h and 68 h.Conclusion: Clostridium acetobutylicum zzu-2 has the wider pH value range of 4.4-6.5.And it has the activity of amylase,has not the activity of cellulose.Compared with corn flour and rice bran,sugar content(57.5g / l) of steam-exploded corn stover after enzymatic hydrolysis was low,the by-products were more,which led to lower concentrations of the solvent and butanol(14.88g / l and 9.64g / l).The sugar concentration of corn stover enzymolysis liquid needs to be improved.
