纳米银抑制铜绿微囊藻的研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨不同浓度的纳米银对铜绿微囊藻的影响。方法:采用血球计数板计数和电子扫描显微镜研究纳米银对铜绿微囊藻生长和形态的影响。结果:当纳米银的浓度达到1.965 mg/L时,对铜绿微囊藻细胞的生长繁殖和叶绿素a的合成有抑制作用;当纳米银的浓度大于或等于9.825 mg/L时完全抑制叶绿素a的合成,但藻细胞依然能够存活。随着纳米银浓度的升高,对铜绿微囊藻的抑制作用增强。在扫描电镜下,可以清晰地看到纳米银与铜绿微囊藻的相互作用,纳米银结合在铜绿微囊藻的细胞壁上,引起细胞形变或裂解。结论:实验结果表明纳米银对铜绿微囊藻叶绿素a合成有较强的抑制作用,对细胞的生长繁殖的抑制相对较弱。

【Abstract】 Objective:This research investigated the changes of Microcystis aeruginosa dealt with different concentrations of silver nanoparticles.Method:Study the impact of silver nanoparticles on Microcystis aeruginosa’s cell growth and morphology by using counting cells and scanning electron microscope.Result:When concentrations of silver nanoparticles are greater than or equal to 1.965 mg/L,They can inhibit the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa cell and the synthesis of chlorophyll A in it.When concentrations of silver nanoparticles reach or exceed 9.825 mg/L,They can inhibit the synthesis of chlorophyll A in Microcystis aeruginosa completely,but there were still cells alive.The higher the concentration is,the more obvious its hibitory effect on Microcystis aeruginosa becomes.It can also be observed clearly the interactions between silver nanoparticles and Microcystis aeruginosa through scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Silver nanoparticles combined with cell walls of Microcystis aeruginosa made cells of Microcystis aeruginosa deformed or split.Conclusion:The results of this experiment suggest that silver nanoparticles have strong inhibitory effect on Microcystis aeruginosa and weak effect on cell growth.
