【摘要】 目的探索治疗第一掌骨基底部骨折的新方法。方法采用闭合复位、拇指近节指骨穿针持续牵引治疗第一掌骨基底部骨折32例。结果 21例患者得到随访,全部患者骨折均愈合,TAM评分18~20分18例,15~17分3例,患指功能恢复满意。结论闭合复位持续牵引治疗第一掌骨基底部骨折效果好、操作简便、价格低廉,具有较好的推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore more simple and effective treatment for first metacarpal fracture.Methods 32 patients of different type of first metacarpal frature were treated with close reduction and traction.Results 21 patients were followed up.According to the TAM score,18 patients were 18 to 20 points,3 patients were 15 to 17 points.All patients obtained satisfactore results.Conclusion It is effective and facility for the first metacarpal fracture with close reduction and traction.更多还原
