【摘要】 国土资源与地质环境健康指数是利用监测及统计指标构建的一张国土资源与地质环境的"体检表"。本文论述了国土资源与地质环境健康指数的含义,探讨了国土资源与地质环境健康指数的实现途径、表达方式以及必备的工作基础,并以宁夏石嘴山市2005年和2010年统计、监测数据为基础进行了实证研究。该项研究成果为国土资源部门宏观判断国土资源与地质环境态势提供了一个有效途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Land & resource and geologic environment health index(LRGE-HI),defined as performing periodic inspection to land & resource and geologic environment by monitoring and statistical indicators,is of great significance in providing the most solid intellectual support to the national macro-level policy-making for land and resource development.Based on the elucidation of definition and contents of LRGE-HI,this paper discusses the implementing approaches,manner of expression and necessary fundamental work of the index.In addition,the monitoring and statistical indicators collected from the Shizuishan area in Ningxia in 2005 and 2010 are used to evaluate the application of LRGE-HI.The results will provide useful reference for the department of land & resource management in the macroscopic states judgment of land & resource and geologic environment.更多还原
