【摘要】 目的:观察尤瑞克林联合尿激酶超早期治疗对改善脑梗死患者预后的疗效,探讨其临床适用性。方法:选择从2009年3月至2012年8月于我院住院治疗的48例超早期急性脑梗死患者,随机分为实验组25例和对照组23例,对照组患者使用尿激酶进行溶栓治疗,实验组在此基础上加用尤瑞克林联合治疗。观察两组患者治疗后神经功能的恢复情况,治疗有效率及预后稳定性情况。结果:两组患者治疗后NIHSS评分均较治疗前改善(P<0.05);与对照组比较,实验组治疗后NIHSS较治疗前下降更多(P<0.05);实验组治疗有效率高于对照组(X2=4.69,P<0.05);实验组患者服药后的治疗安全性与对照组的相当,差异无明显统计学意义(X2=0.33,P>0.05)。结论:尤瑞克林联合尿激酶超早期治疗较单用尿激酶疗效好,安全性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze early treatment using Uribe Brooklyn and urokinase to improve the prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods: 48 patients with cerebral infarction from March 2009 to August 2012 in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group of 25 patients and a control group of 23 patients, the patients in the control group were treated with urokinase thrombolytic therapy, while the patients in the experimental group were treated with the same therapy but combined with the Urinary Brooklyn. After treatment, we observed of the patients about recovery of neurological function, treatment efficiency and stability prognosis. Results: after treatment, symptoms of the two groups were alleviated, and patients’ NIHSS score improved after treatment, the difference was significant(P<0.05); NIHSS scores between the two groups of patients was reduced, and the difference was significant(P<0.05); efficient treatment of patients in the two groups, the difference was also significant(X2=4.69, P<0.05); patients in the experimental group were treated the same security with the control group, the difference was not statistically significant(X2= 0.33, P>0.05).Conclusion: Early treatment using Uribe Brooklyn and urokinase can greatly improve the prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction.更多还原
