【摘要】 目的:探讨妊娠合并尖锐湿疣的临床特点、治疗效果、复发情况及对妊娠结局的影响。方法:对71例妊娠合并尖锐湿疣(观察组)及86例非妊娠合并尖锐湿疣患者(对照组)采用二氧化碳激光进行治疗并对临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:观察组疣体直径≥0.5 cm、疣体≥10个、合并念珠菌感染及合并2种及以上病原体感染的比例明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。观察组复发率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组无不良妊娠结局发生,新生儿预后情况好。结论:二氧化碳激光治疗妊娠期尖锐湿疣安全有效,尖锐湿疣对妊娠结局及新生儿无明显影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics,treatment effect,recurrence,the pregnancy outcome and prognosis of pregnancy with condyloma acuminatum.Methods:71 cases of pregnancy with condyloma acuminatum(the observation group) and 86 cases with condyloma acuminatum(control group) were ablated with carbon dioxide laser.Their clinical data were analyzed retrospec-tively.Results:The percent of warts body size greater than 0.5 cm,warts more than ten,monilia infection and suffered from two basicill-ness of observation group were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).The recurrence rate of observation group were also higher than that in the the control group(P<0.01).There were no incidences of adverse pregnancy outcome and harmful effects of ba-bies occur.Conclusion:Carbon dioxide laser treatment of pregnancy with condyloma acuminatum is safe and effective.Condyloma acuminatum has no adverse effect on pregnancy end and the newborn.更多还原
